Surgery Closure for GP & Staff Training

Church View Surgery will be closed from 13.00 on Wednesday 15 October for GP and staff training.

During this time, the practice will not be open for routine enquiries or appointments.

If you need urgent medical assistance that cannot wait until the surgery reopens, please call the surgery and stay on the line to hear information about the services available to you.

For life-threatening emergencies, such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, or serious injury, please call 999 immediately.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we take part in essential training to help maintain and improve the care we provide to our patients.
