If you’re a Church View Surgery patient and you wish to book an appointment, you can request to see your GP by using our online system - ANIMA. Our appointments are booked in 15-minute intervals.
How to change an appointment
If you can no longer make your appointment, you can change it online via ANIMA.
How to cancel an appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the practice as soon as possible to cancel it. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.
