SystmConnect is Now Live at Church View Surgery
We are pleased to let patients know that SystmConnect is now live and has replaced Anima as our online consultation system.
SystmConnect provides a simple and convenient way to contact the practice online for a wide range of clinical and administrative requests, including:
- Medical advice and symptoms
- Medication queries
- Fit note requests
- Test result enquiries
- Administrative requests
- Document and letter requests
By submitting your request online, you can provide us with the information we need to ensure your enquiry reaches the most appropriate member of the team and is dealt with as efficiently as possible.
How to Access SystmConnect
You can access SystmConnect through our website or via the NHS App.
