Introducing SystmConnect at Church View Surgery - Our New Online Request System
We are pleased to announce that from 30 September 2026, Church View Surgery will be introducing SystmConnect as our new online consultation and request system, replacing Anima.
We have listened to feedback from both patients and staff and have chosen a system that is designed to be simpler, quicker and easier to use. SystmConnect will continue to allow patients to contact the practice online for medical queries, administrative requests and other routine matters, but with a more streamlined process.
We appreciate that any change can take a little time to get used to, and our team will be on hand to support patients during the transition.
Further information, including how to access SystmConnect, will be available on our website closer to the launch date.
