Friends and Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) helps us to understand what services you are happy about and where improvements can be made. The test is a quick and simple way for you to give us your feedback after you’ve received a service from us.
How the FFT works
You may be asked after your treatment or service to complete an FFT. This is an opportunity for you to give feedback on your experience of our service if you want to. It also helps us to know exactly what is and isn’t working, so we can improve our services.
You’ll be asked a series of questions. The test is anonymous, and your answers won’t be traced back to you.

Friends & Family Test – Monthly Patient Feedback
Each month, we invite our patients to complete the NHS Friends & Family Test to help us understand their experience of the care we provide. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us improve our services and continue delivering high-quality care.
